I've been a blog slacker, but now I'm back. I plan to re-invent the blog to better showcase my Ultra Training group: Fleet Feet Ultra Training. I'll still have other content of my own.
I'm off to a wedding in San Diego, but by Sunday I plan to have the new look up.
