I'm doing the normal R.I.C.E routine and Vitamin I to clear it up. It feels better today so I'm upbeat it will be good by Saturday. Sitting at my desk does not help so I'm trying to get out of the office more. It's an interesting spot to hurt. Nothing like laying ice near the nether region to wake you up.

Oddly, I woke up today to some crappy knee pain. I haven't any issues all week and then BAM this morning it was there. Grrr. Stupid taper week!

Who ever told me to get the knot out of my calf should be shot! That resulted in the inability to walk for a bit......it's tight, hurts after i sit, and there's pain when i run. Love it! That'll give me something to think about other than my burning quads on Saturday.
